Our wedding was a little less than conventional: we decided to elope on a very short timeline, and also to hike and be married at the top of a mountain. We were looking for a photographer who could capture beautiful images and who was also willing to hike to the summit with us. Lindsey exceeded all our expectations! As soon as we met Lindsey, we knew she was the perfect photographer. She was sweet, friendly, and genuinely excited for the two of us. She felt like an old friend, and as soon as we explained our elopement to her, she was all in. She trekked up the mountain with us carrying all of her gear, all the while capturing images with absolute ease. She was able to beautifully photograph both our wedding and the natural world that we love so much. She told our story: love and love of the outdoors. We are so happy to have met Lindsey and to have worked with her. We are thankful that she was able to capture this special day for us on such short notice, and that she was willing to take part in our big adventure. Her pictures are memories that we will hold dear forever. We look forward to seeing her in the future and would recommend her to everyone!

If you’re looking for a true artist to document your wedding, absolutely hire Lindsey Ocker. Our wedding was so much fun and full of so much love. We feel very thankful that we now have the most gorgeous photographs that faithfully capture and highlight all the beauty and joy of our day. Her pictures truly tell the story of our wedding, but in the loveliest light. From her diligent recording of all the little details we worked so hard on, to the formals that somehow seem to flatter everybody, and most of all the many brilliant candids of ourselves and loved ones, Lindsey’s work has wowed everyone we have shared it with. When a girl dreams about her wedding, she dreams of the guy standing at the end of the aisle, what her dress will look like, her dad giving her away, the flowers, the music, the venue; essentially every detail we could possibly obsess over, we do. The most amazing gift I received are Lindsey’s images of those exact details on THE most important and memorable day of my life. From the moment I met her, I knew I wanted Lindsey to photograph my wedding. She is genuine, kind, sweet, and an absolute pleasure to work with and be around. She made Mike and I, and the details of our wedding day come alive with every image she captured. I look back on the photos and I’m still in awe of how incredible the day turned out and how fortunate I am to have met Lindsey so she could be there to get it all on film. Lindsey is more than just a wedding photographer; she becomes your friend, someone you enjoy spending time with and speaking too, and someone who you know you will always reach out to when a milestone arises and you want it captured beautifully. Lindsey was the perfect wedding photographer for us. She was calming, reassuring, and professional on a day often filled with stress and panic. Our venue wedding planner was unable to attend our wedding and Lindsey provided the guidance and patience that we needed. We love Lindsey’s style of photography and our photos turned out even better than imagined. They tell a story of our wedding day and do not leave out the special memories of the décor, our beautiful venue, scenes of the guests having fun, and perfectly timed candid moments (which turned out to be our favorite pictures). We were pleasantly surprised with how fast we received our photos and the entire process of working with Lindsey was stress-free. Lindsey’s artistic eye and photography skills speak for themselves. Lindsey was everything we could have hoped for in a wedding photographer! The first time I met her, I instantly knew that I liked her. She is so kind and her laid-back demeanor makes her so easy to work with. She always got back to me on time–even when I emailed her a million times asking her a million questions–and made me feel like everything was going to be okay. She did our engagement photos about a year before we got married and after seeing her style and spending more time with her, we knew she was the one for our wedding as well! On our wedding day, I was so stressed out when it was time for pictures. It had been raining that day and I was afraid the dark sky would look gloomy in our pictures…man was I wrong! She was so calm (which calmed me down), and she simply told me that the lighting in the pictures would look great. When I got my pictures back, I was STUNNED at how amazing they looked! Her ability to make ANY surrounding beautiful really is a gift. All of my family and friends were blown away by her pictures–especially the candids! She was able to get all of the standard pictures you hope for and SO many more that are so special to me (me and my dad standing and watching my husband dance with his mother, the first time my grandmother saw me on my wedding day, HILARIOUS pictures of my siblings dancing, etc). I already know that when my husband and I have children, I will most definitely be contacting her to do our baby and family pictures.

Lindsey was so wonderful to work with for our recent July wedding!! She did the most amazing job capturing our wedding day and truly exceeded our expectations in a wedding photographer. The pictures were so gorgeous! Every time we look at the pictures it really feels as though you are re-living the day all over again. Lindsey is so talented and was highly recommended to us and I can see why! She was so professional, easy going and always delivered everything she promised on time! She was hands down one of the best vendors we used for our wedding day! I can’t say enough good things. You will not be disappointed!
