New baby boy Atticus makes this the sweetest family of four, and I so enjoyed spending some time with them recently, documenting their lovely family on a cozy Winter morning. These are a few of my favorite images…enjoy!
Marissa’s mom knitted this hat and dyed the cheesecloth for these pictures…I’m not usually one for newborn ‘props’ but these were just perfect. So simple and made with such love…
My approach to photographing children and familes has changed so much since becoming a mom myself. The images I want to create are those that will help you remember the moments that, at the time, seem impossible to forget. The sweet smiles and spontaneous hugs and wide, happy eyes that little ones have at their surroundings. The love on the face of parents watching their baby squeal and laugh at wildflowers. Those are the moments I hope to capture, and Janel, Cory, and Maia shared a morning full of them with me last weekend. Here are a few of my favorite images…enjoy!

I feel like I repeat myself when I talk about how much I love these sessions, but really, they’re wonderful. I met up with Amber and Stephen at Lynch Park in Beverly and we wasted no time checking out the gardens, grounds, and beaches. This is such a lovely, beautiful, young family of four and I’m so happy to be working with them. Their July wedding is quickly approaching…and it’s going to be a good one!
