This past November I headed north to Stowe, Vermont for Erik and Meredith’s wedding. I can’t think of much better than postcard-worthy Stowe Village as a backdrop, or the cozy setting (and gorgeous light!) of Stowe Mountain Lodge, and their wedding day was truly full of happiness and love (and friends from as far as New Zealand!) To make it even better, Meg Simone was there…as a videographer and friend of the bride/wedding guest. She and I met years ago when she photographed my elopement, and she has been one of the most inspiring and wonderful people I have ever been lucky enough to know. You did an incredible job! This wedding was so special for many reasons…. knowing Meredith since childhood there was much to celebrate. The icing on the cake was having the chance to work with you. I never would have thought back in December 2008 capturing your wedding, that we would meet again this way, but I’m so glad we did. This will be a fun personal memory as well as professional.
